Reviews
So after a few years of use I've learned a few things about this product. It can be placed over anything like a fully open patio umbrella or a pop-up tent. As long as it drapes to the ground nothing will fly in or out and the entry slit is very secure. It does stop some breeze from coming through even though it is a mesh and it can be blown over in strong wind if attached to a weaker umbrella base. Think flying trampolines! You should probably put it on before opening the umbrella or raising the tent since it can be very tall to throw over. No holes or tears as of yet.
Very happy with the Net - easy to use. Very affordable.
Love this net! Easy to use and works so well that keeps all bugs including mosquitoes away!
This is exactly what we needed for our cowboy pool! Being in the south and having to deal with mosquitoes is awful. They love us and this was the solution! It works very well and now we can enjoy pool time in the evening into the night! As you see in the picture attached it covers our 9ft poly round cowboy pool and can take some wind. It was pretty breezy in that pic.
The media could not be loaded. This product has literally made our deck usable 100x more than before. We live in the Midwest, where the bugs don’t just visit—they move in. Wasps, gnats, mosquitoes—you name it. And somehow, no matter the weather, there was always something buzzing around making it impossible to enjoy our outdoor space. Mild days? Swarmed by wasps. Warm days and cool nights? Cue the mosquito invasion. Not anymore. Thanks to this magical little net, we can actually enjoy our deck—eating, drinking, even napping out there. No pests, no stress. Just fresh air and chill vibes. I couldn’t be happier. Now, whenever we see a pesky bugger trying to get into our happy deck haven, we just smile, flip it the finger, and go on drinking our beer. 🍻 😎Now, let’s talk quality. It’s a net, so yeah—it’s delicate. But we clip it up to our umbrella when in use, and when we’re done, we wrap a garbage bag around it to protect it from the elements. Low effort, high payoff.Honestly? Even if it only lasts a season, I’ll gladly buy another. The way I see it, I paid a small luxury “tax” to unlock an entire extra living space for spring, summer, and fall. Worth every penny. 🥰

The media could not be loaded. I was waiting for another umbrella mosquito net but it never came, so I cancelled and ordered this one. It came 2 days earlier than predicted (major plus!)So, here in southern California, the mosquito problem has gotten out of control. As a result, the beautiful patio furniture my family and I purchased a couple years ago has barely been used. Now that covid has hit and most of my time has been at home, I stare at the patio set from the inside of the house and just imagine that I'm out there enjoying the cool evening air. Aside from early morning before any living creature is awake, we can't use it for fear of the mosquitoes.I read reviews for other nets and a few people suggested pinning the edges securely with clothes pins so I went ahead and ordered those too (you can see them in the pictures I've uploaded). I also read that this is easier to put up with 2 people but not impossible for 1. I did it by myself and i would say it took my like 30 mins? It would've been faster but after deciding that I wanted to put it on the opposite way that I did, I took it down and re-did it.To install it, I took the net out of the package, flipped the right side out, and pulled the draw strings tight on both sides to shrink up the opening that goes around the edge of the umbrella. I then pulled the net up and around the whole edge of the umbrella and would:1) crank open the umbrella a little bit2) loosen up the drawstring a little bit so I have more space to crank open the umbrella ahain3) repeat 1 and 2 until umbrella is fully extended.** important note **There are 2 zippers. One of the zippers zips "from up to down" and the other one goes "from down to up". For those of you who have a tilt umbrella that extends out by an arm, the zippers are important. I placed the side with the zipper that zips "from the bottom up to the top" right below the arm that extends out of the main pole. I then unzipped it a little. This zipper side is where you can pull the drawstring rope out of the little cinching stopper. After pulling out the rope, separate the 2 rope pieces and tie the rope up and around the arm, which will bring the drawstring part of the net above the edge of the umbrella. Then I pulled the 2 rope/strings through the cincher/stopper again and pulled to bring the net flush around the arm and then zipped the zipper back up. Then with the remaining rope/string, I just wrapped it around the arm and pinned with a clothes pin to keep it out of the way. All this while the umbrella is almost completely closed.Once fully extended and I liked where the net was sitting ( I also evened out the scrunchy parts on thd draw string area) I went around the perimeter and pinned the edges down with clothes pins (it helps to distribute the weight of the net pulling on the drawstring, and keeps the net securely in place). I also pinned the area around the zipper closed next to the arm and pole of the umbrella so that I didnt have any loose ends around the edges. The net comes with a weighted bottom so theres no need to fill with water to keep the net down. It also is big and wide enough to fit around my 11ft umbrella and the patio furniture (2 arm chairs, 2 ottomans, 1 loveseat, and a small rectangular dining table) with room for us to walk around to get seated. The net is thin but sturdy enough to not rip from just hanging around. You do have to be careful when zipping it open and closed because the net can get stuck in the zipper if you open or close it too quickly. It's happened once so far and I was able to get it unstuck and with no damage done.I love having this net and finally being able to enjoy the backyard and, if you've been able to read through this whole review and make sense of my jumbled and wordy instructions, you will too.

If you suffer from mosquitoes loving to eat you alive then you need this easy solution!!! I love this product and you don’t even see it when you are in it, it kind of disappears. It was a little hard getting it set up the first time but once I found the right spot, it has been a godsend!!! My dog still doesn’t understand how to get in and out of it, but that’s kind of entertaining. Lol
My family, in particular my kids, love to sit outside but the bugs can get annoying. I bought a similar product earlier in the year from a catalog. The netting was so thin it kept getting caught and pulling while I set it up. It also had a tube in the base to fill with water to weigh the netting down. It sprung holes while setting it up. It only deteriorated over the following weeks until we had to throw it out. The girls really liked their bug free haven though, so we gave it a second try with this product. What a difference in quality and it was actually cheaper than the first one. The netting is durable and did not snag on anything. They provided six bags that were easily filled with rocks (sand would work too) that we tied to fabric eye hooks on the bottom of the netting. The base has some weight to it, but the bags really help to keep it in place and from blowing around. The manufacturer noted that the netting has an odor upon opening and to air it out. This was accurate, and it only required a little while before the odor dissipated. The instructions also indicate that this can be set up by one person using clips provided. It took three of us though as the clips didn't really help. Overall, I was really impressed with the quality and easy solution to our bug problem. Definitely worth the price.
Summer here in MEM is never without lots of insects. Regardless of how many fly traps you put out, you can barely enjoy a drink on your back porch most days because flies are so annoying. This net is great! It can be used with a patio umbrella or even better, with one of those popup shade tents where you have more room and can stake it down with the provided loops on the bottom. At first, my Wife thought it made the back porch look cheap until she started sitting under it at the table with all the flies and mosquitoes clearly visible on the outside but could not get in.I recommend for umbrellas you have at least a 10' in diameter umbrella so the net is not too close. For your popup square shader tents, works even better. The only complaint, and a minor one, the net can tear pretty easily if you accidentally slide under a chair leg, have a big storm, or if you have pets. Our cats love to get inside the tent as well but our one impatient Tom Cat ripped some big holes in the first one then we had a storm blow through quickly and it also tore one side of the net.On our 3rd one now (1 Tom Cat, 2 Storm, 3 This one) but still worth it. So nice to be bug-free and enjoy the back porch.
