Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging with all parts and accessories.

How to start a return

Sign in to your account (Sign in at the top of our website), open the order and choose "Request return". Or email support@everydayunboxed.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first: returns that arrive without authorization can't be processed.

Return shipping and restocking fee

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is your responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies.

Anything that arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered never carries a restocking fee, and we cover the cost of making it right. Just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit. Original shipping charges aren't refundable, except when the item was damaged, faulty or wrong.

For accepted payment methods, when you're charged, and payment security, see our Payment Policy.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, the following can't be returned once opened or used, unless they arrive damaged or faulty:

  • personal care and beauty items
  • oral care items
  • intimate apparel and shapewear

Gift cards and items marked final sale can't be returned.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us. After it has shipped, please follow the return process above.
