1. Who we are

Everyday Unboxed ("we," "us," "our") is operated by CodeFifty4 LLC, doing business as Everyday Unboxed, 5900 Balcones Dr, Suite 100, Austin, TX 78731. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of everydayunboxed.com and any purchase you make from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We sell to customers with shipping addresses in the United States only.

3. Products and descriptions

We work to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors can look different on different screens, and sizes and measurements are approximate. Product descriptions are general information and aren't medical advice. Wellness and comfort products aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please follow each product's instructions and safety warnings, and talk to a healthcare professional if you have a health concern.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Products are available while stock lasts. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with wrong information because of an error, we may cancel any order for that item and refund you in full, even after the order is confirmed. We may limit or cancel quantities for any household or order.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, an error, or an item being unavailable. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full. You confirm that the payment information you give us is yours, or that you're authorized to use it. Sales tax is added where required.

6. Shipping

Shipping times, rates and details are in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms. Items may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages. Once a package is delivered to the carrier, delivery estimates depend on the carrier.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns, refunds, restocking fees and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

8. Your account

If you create an account, keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for activity on your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has used it.

9. Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review, photo or comment, it must be honest and lawful, and it must be yours to share. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and share it in connection with our store. We may remove content at our discretion.

10. Acceptable use

Don't use our site to break the law, interfere with the site's operation or security, collect other people's data, send spam, or buy products for resale without our written permission.

11. Our content

The text, graphics, logos and design of our site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Product names and brands belong to their owners.

12. Third-party links and services

Our site may link to, or use, services run by others, such as payment processors and carriers. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

13. Disclaimer

Except where the law doesn't allow it, our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some products come with a manufacturer's warranty, which applies separately.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CodeFifty4 LLC and its owners, employees and suppliers aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that come from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Travis County, Texas, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
